Sms Zipper is an application that allows you to compress sms messages so that you can send a lot more information in a single one without any extra charges.

With Sms Zipper you're no longer limited to 160 characters, you can even go beyond 380 characters in a single sms message without having to send two of them...

With Sms Zipper you don't need to truncate the words just to gain a little space, which can make your message hard to understand (Morning: Morn; Please: Pls; Because: Bcos ...) .with Sms Zipper you can write freely.

Don't you hate it when your sms is just one word above 160 character ,which requires you to send a message composed of two sms ?(because 160 characters are not enough) .using Sms Zipper ,you will no longer have this problem.

    How does it work?

Once you and your friends have installed the application, you can exchange text messages using a clear and easy interface that is not too different from other SMS applications, except for a small button that allows you to enable or disable the SMS compression functionality.

After you write the message and press the send button, the message text will be compressed and then sent.

As soon as The Recipient side receive the SMS message, the Sms Zipper will decompress and then displays the original message.

The message editing interface has two counters for the characters, one for the uncompressed version of the message and the other for the compressed version of the message.

The sooner you use it the faster you'll save money.

    Ingenious! Great idea!

But, if someone doesn't have this app the text is unreadable?
What if don't use the main sms app but use something like handcent sms with notification popups?
