moto x or nexus 5

Hey guys. My upgrade is on october 1st and I have been
eying up the moto x, but I have also been hearing about the new nexus (possibly known as the nexus 5). Should I wait and see? Will it even be worth waiting for? I have heard a possible october 14 launch date. Thanks. *edit* By the way I am on at&t so I don't have to worry about when the customization for the moto x is coming out to other carriers.

Welcome to the forums!
If I were in your position, I would wait, so that I can see what both devices are like. What is great about the Moto, is that it is very close to Vanilla Android without being a Nexus device.
