I cant open my google apps store

Hi, I'm chyng and I'm using Samsung Galaxy S3 MINI
The problems happened in my phone were it cannot open the play store and download apps. Not only these, it also keep come out a message said "Unfortunately, Google play store
has stopped". Can someone give me a solution ASAP ^^ Tq:'(

It's normal... due to Google server problems. ...this happens to me 2,..3 days before... just clear cache...in settings. .and try again it will be fine. ..

Something that might help is going into Settings>Apps>Menu>Reset app preferences. Sometimes this helps Google Play issues.
