Unlocked but unrooted device

I rooted my N7 but decided rooting just wasn't for me. So I unrooted it, but it's still unlocked.

Is there anything special you can do with an unlocked but unrooted device?

Other than flash the factory images.

Since you already have the boot loader unlocked, you may as well flash a custom recovery and back up your stock ROM.
