Ok, look at this, this is a tablet I'm looking at getting:

ASUS ME301T-A1-BL Tablet NVIDIA Tegra 3 1.20GHz 10.1" 1GB DDR3 Memory 16GB - Black for Android | GameStop

150 bucks, awesome, right? Also, this is brand new, I've seen them in several Gamestops by me. Now, here's the EXACT SAME tablet, released at the same time, just in white:

Asus MeMO Pad Smart 10.1 inch Tablet with 16GB Memory ME301T-A1-WH - Best Buy

Whats hysterical is that I can find it listed for 300 or so, under the white or blue versions, but apparently, the black version is damn near extinct. So, I'm wondering why the hell some places aren't willing to price match, when it is LITERALLY the same device, released at the same time, just different color?

The model numbers are different, literally.

That or I guess Gamestop got some hell of a good deal. Im just more annoyed because I have Best Buy card/store credit is all, and would rather use that first than my own money. I guess I could not care less about tablet/phone coloration, since I'm going to be putting a case on it no matter what.

My guess is that either the Black was going OOP or GameStop was going to stop carrying it and wanted to quickly purge their inventory. It's just that no one has bothered to take if off the site. No one will price match because it's a clearance price, not a sale price.
