picture quality on tablets

just for discussion,ive got a sony z2 tablet,why is it on tablets say when your on facebook ,that some vidios and pics are not in focus.say compared to your smartphone or pc,i hope this makes sense ,but its something i was pondering.particulary if they are ok on a smartphone and pc,why not on a tablet.

Are you talking about lower resolution images/videos that look much more pixelly? Are you using the app or the Facebook website? If you're using the website, is it the full desktop website or the mobile website?

its the facebook app im using,and id say yes its most likely lower resolution,cheers john

It may be that the Facebook app isn't scaling properly for the tablet-sized screen, although I generally don't have any problems on my Nexus 7. Is your Facebook app completely up to date?

Facebook for Android is designed for phones so on tablets it's just scaled up. It looks better on some than it does others.
