I think AC is completely wrong about the Nexus 4 and Nexus 7-2012 not getting it...I think it is very likely they will.

The Galaxy Nexus was an aberration...were it not for the TI chip thing, it would probably be getting not only KitKat but "L" as well. There is no reason at all for the Nexus 4 not to get it. Especially if the Moto G/E/X are getting it.
