I don't think such a thing exists, but if it does, I'd be more than interested hehe. To the best of my knowledge, this is a feature that needs to be supported by both your phone AND your carrier. So it needs to be in your phone as part of the OS, not just a 3rd party app.

Thanks. I spoke to tmo support and they said I could try installing the Apk on my phone and itwould probably work. Problem is I bought an unlocked phone

yeah, I don't think they knew what you were talking about or they had no idea what they were suggesting. I have an "International" Note 3 and that, too, comes without the WiFi calling option enabled
