95% of Android devices vulnerable!

According to a news article at CBC news, 95% of Android devices are vulnerable to a bug called Stagefright.
Anyone know anything about this. The article is at CBC news.

95%? How many phones are still running 2.1 or earlier? Probably none. So more like 100%. But no known cases.

Ebola is also pretty serious, but I don't sit up nights worrying about that either.
