You have to create a hit smartphone: what would you make?

There is so much talk about different manufacturers and what some are doing wrong and what others are doing right.
So I want to ask, if you personally had to make a smartphone to sell, what would you put in it?
Specs, Features, Gimmicks, Anything.
I am just curious to see what people would actually come up with!
(Maybe include which brand your phone would be labeled with)

I'd start with a 4.8" screen

I'd like a sort of LGV10 - S6 active hybrid.

Start with the LGV10, keep all its features add these:
>Scale it down in size so its no bigger than the S6 active, maybe slightly smaller.
>Add water and rain resistance
>Make it thicker so it can fit a higher mah battery

I would also like the option to turn down screen resolution/dpi for apps, home screens, text, phone dialer...etc. Let me chose how clear and resolving I want it to be... The goal would be to extend battery life, rather than churning/chugging CPU data needlessly. Sony kind of does this with the Z5p how it only does 4k with certain functions / apps. But even then its not user selectable... I don't think.

I would also like it to use mini-USB or maybe USB-C... anything but micro-USB. Micro-USB feels so cheap and frail compared to any other format I have tried.
