Galaxy to Nexus

Hey all, currently, I own a Galaxy S5. I've been doing some searching to decide what phone I would get next (when I finally decide to). I'm leaning towards Nexus. The thought of pure android and first for updates just calls out to me.

Anyone around that has made the galaxy to Nexus switch? Tell me about your switch.

I was a Galaxy S3 owner then moved on to a HTC One M8 but ran ASOP ROMs on both phones so for me a nexus was the next natural step and so far I love it!

My biggest complaint, and not necessarily with just this phone, is it's bloody huge (6P). But that seems to be the trend so I gotta go with the flow.

I did it - and haven't looked back for a second. Now, I don't see any way I could go back to a phone that a manufacturer has messed around with - and especially that has a carrier's fingerprints all over the OS.
