Let's have some fun here...show us what you use for a PC.

Guidelines.....
-Any OS is welcome.
-Any setup (Desktop/laptop) is welcome.
-This is fun discussion. Ask what you like about a certain set up, but please keep it civil.
-Optional pictures of the guts. But hey...please show them. This should make the thread more fun!!!
-Please list what is in the PC to the best of your ability.
-What did you get or build this for?

I'll go first:
I recently built a PC for the purpose of trying my hand at building custom ROMs, another attempt at building apps, and a media center.

The list:
1. Corsair 200R case
2. Corsair's CX750 M power supply 80+ Bronze
3. Intel i3-6100 Skylake; stock CPU cooler
4. Gigabyte H170-D3HP Motherboard
5. 16 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2133MHz RAM
6. 250GB Samsung EVO SSD (OS resides here)
7. WD 1TB Blue HDD 7200 RPM.

I currently have Ubuntu 16.04 LTS for the OS on this PC.

This was my first PC that I built. I was quite excited for it (I'm sure the other Ambassadors can verify this. I don't know how many times I pinged them about what I was getting...:p)

Pictures:

Edit: Sorry about the quality....I have limited physical space to get a camera in to take a picture. Also the internal photo...it's been turned 90 degrees...no idea why.

Will be a few before I can go get some photos... so in the mean time, here's the last round of "stuff" I bought for it.

Are you going to get the new Nvidia 1070 when it becomes available?

Just noticed too. Actually...we have a lot of similarities in our builds. What inspired yours?

This is what inspired mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZENqTc0mRI4

I watched several of his videos before, but this was the one that made me seriously consider it. Between the USB-C (I have a Nexus 5X) and the fact that the parts in total was really inexpensive for brands, I figured, why not?

Now...I want to build another one...lol
