Always roaming

I have the Motorola X Pure Edition. Until recently I had full bars. I noticed that after I got a new Sprint Airave my reception bounces all over the place when I'm not at home. At work it's the worst, I'm always roaming.

How do I fix this?

What caused it?

You can set your phone not to allow roaming, but it appears that this is a signal issues with your provider, maybe not enough or strong enough towers in your area
