Email load more/show images question

Hi,

On my Note 5 every time I open email, it's not fully loaded. I have to touch load more then show images to see the full email. When I click on an email I'll see white boxes where pictures are but haven't loaded, until I click load more/show images.

My old and first smart phone an HTC One M8 never did this. As soon as I opened the email all the pictures and everything were already loaded up.

Is there some sort of setting I need to tweak on my Note 5 so I don't need to hit load more/show images for every single email I open?

There should be settings to auto-download images and/or attachments in your Account settings for each e-mail account in the app. You may have to change the max download size for the e-mail as well.

These are all put in place to save you data, especially if you have an e-mail with 50 replies and image signatures in the body. Most of the time you're only downloading 'scrap'.

Glad it worked! Just be careful with e-mail over mobile data now, especially if you're on a metered connection.
