Saw this come up on the Dot Rights twitter feed: TISSA -- Taming Information-Stealing Smartphone Applications. Basically an Android mod to put applications on naughty lists that let you feed them bogus location or phone identity data.
Could be useful if you want to use an app with ads, but don't care to share your serial number and location with advertisers.
Looks like it can't be installed as a regular app, except maybe on rooted phones, but inclusion in some custom firmwares might be pretty simple. Cool, huh?
