Which device your having this issue? You tried to Uninstall then install Netflix again?

Welcome to Android Central! Chromecast itself doesn't have Netflix (unless you're talking about the newer Chromecast with Google TV), so the problem is more likely with the device you're using to cast Netflix to the screen.

Which generation of Chromecast do you have? Are you able to cast other things?
