No casting icon in Netflix app!!!

Ok so I just picked up a chromecast the other day and haven't really had time to play with it until now and I've encountered a couple things.. First is when I go into the Netflix app there is no cast icon at all that I can find.. I'm using a galaxy s4.. Has anyone else experienced this.
Second is I tried playing movie I purchased through Google play and everything was going well until it stopped to load/buffer I think some of the movie and after awhile the screen went black and said the video license could not be found.. Any suggestions?

2. What is your bandwidth? Router settings?

you may want to use a wifi analyser where the chromecat is located to check signal strength TO the cromecast.

I had this issue once or twice on my S4 when opening my Netflix app. A simple restart of the app finally brought the cast button back. I've noticed this with youtube too sometimes.
