    I like the flexibility the Chromecast brings with so many applications casting, and it works great at home, but doesn't cut it when I travel. These days, it is unusual for hotels to have WiFi that doesn't require a sign-on. If Google would get out a fix to allow this capability, I'd still be all-in, but for now, I'm looking for other hardware.

    Interested to hear if people have experienced the same issue and switched (permanently or temporarily) to Amazon, Apple, Roku, etc. I'm liking the look of the new Lenovo device, but I'm guessing it is still a ways out to being available for purchase.

    There really isn't much else in the way of options, they'd all have to go through sign-on. Your best option may be a tablet and an HDMI cable.
