TP Link smart plugs only works for one person.

I have two Google home minis and several tp link smart plugs/switches set up throughout the home and linked up to the Home Minis. The lights have been working for anyone to use their voice to turn on and off, but recently my wife's voice does not work. The home will say i can reach Kasa or I don't know what light you want me to turn on. I have had her retrain her voice, but it still is not working for her. I can still use my voice fine. Any thoughts?

Wipe the mini and start again. (If, as I suspect, you won't be able to train it at all, they'll probably both have to be replaced.)
