Bluetooth Speaker Mute Option

In my previous windows mobile world, when the phone was vibrate and you had a bluetooth headset attached, all the sounds were routed to the bluetooth headset.

So far with my Nexus One using a variety of volume control/audio managers I can have the calls going to bluetooth and the media go there. Notifications and system sounds seem to go to both the speaker and the headset. I can't figure out how to only send ALL the sounds to the headset.

Any ideas?
