how do I add a British bluetooth keyboard layout?

I have a bluetooth keyboard attached to my Nexus 10 and it works fine (I am using it now). However, the keyboard is british while the layout from Android is US. I cannot seem to find a way of changing the layout to English (UK) - there are a lot of languages, but not that one.

Does anyone know the answer?

I was given the answer in the xda forum. it works really well.

The ONLY solution is a paid-for app? Shouldn't this be a straight forward thing to fix in settings? (Having the same problem)
