Where is the mike on the Nexus 10?

there is no mike on Nexus 10 but if you are looking for mic then first one is at the bottom, inside the dock connector.

The mic inside the dock connector is the recording mic, the one below the rear camera is for noise cancelation only. I have noticed that if I am using my tablet for Hangouts or Skype & it is in the case in one of the 3 viewing positions in landscape, the mic in the doc connector is slightly blocked & people say I sound muffled. So I have to place a penny or coin at the bottom to raise it up slightly, then it works great

That must be why the official book cover has the pogo port on the Nexus 10 at the top when used as a stand.
