Touch "pointer"

Ok, here's one that I'll likely regret asking.

Had my N10 about a month now. Stopped by a store this weekend that had one on display. The display model had a sort of touch indicator on the screen wherever you would put your finger. It was very much like what you see on a Note II when using the stylus. I cannot for the life o' me find this setting anywhere in Settings.

Anybody know what/where this is?

Have you tried developer settings? It may be there.

Probably not. I noticed on my S3 that it decreased the margin of error for tapping on something. I had to hit the same button several times in order for my OS to accept that I was touching something.
