Selling the unlocked version, such As the same one from the play store or is it gonna be altered in Anyway? Will it be $350 w/o a contract as well?

We don't know yet. But yes it'll be the same and no it'll be $499.

As is well covered at this point, it will be unlocked and like 99% the same software/firmware. Unfortunately to cover the extra costs etc. the phone will be $499 from T-Mobile unsubsidized. Buy from the play store.
