My google play updated to November 19. Betcha it ships out today and arrives Wesnesday. Which would be nice cause ill be leaving Wednesday night to spend thanksgiving in so cal. Please ship today!!

My Nexus 4 order date also changed to the 19th tonight, after having previously changed to the 17th.

My Nexus 10 order, which I placed yesterday, also changed to the 19th from the 18th.

mines still has not updated since i ordered around 11 47 est tuesday ..i guess i ordered late enough to not get it this week..also got the backorder email so thats even more sadning.

As of 5:15AM EST my order looks just as it did last Tuesday; no change whatsoever.

Just got off the phone with Play Store CS and it was painfully obvious that my order isn't progressing as others seem to be in the last 24 hours so the agent said she was going to elevate my order to a specialist and hopefully I will hear something by tomorrow. I was, to say the least, frustrated, and I tried to let her know that in as calm and friendly manner as I could manage. I told her I called last Tuesday afternoon when I did not receive a confirmation letter and called each evening when it was obvious that my order wasn't going anywhere even as hundreds and thousands of others entered after mine (8:35:22 AM PST) were receiving their phones. I said my order should have been sent to a specialist on Tuesday, Wednesday, even Thursday but now, how many more days will I have to wait?? I also asked, how difficult would it be to simply reprint my order and say, "Ship this next, please"? Don't I deserve that at this point? Isn't that what "customer service" is all about? Not just issuing platitudes and telling me, don't worry, everything will be fine and you will get your stuff eventually?

Imagine arriving at the airport 2-1/2 hours early, plenty of time to make your flight. There aren't too many folks in the TSA screening line when you get there so you are confidant that you will move through quickly, even as a bunch of people begin to line up behind you. You move up the line a bit but then a TSA guy comes out and says, "okay, all you folks wearing blue Levi's, come on up to the scanners.... Sorry sir, I said BLUE Levi's, not black..."

"Okay, women in dresses, please."

"Women wearing 2" or higher heels, please... Very nice boots sir, but I said WOMEN..."

The clock ticks by...

"Men over the age of 62, please."

"Men between 25 and 45 and wearing button-down shirts next, please."

"Let's see now, you (as he points out a random individual), you, you two, you, and maybe you over there in the red frock - come on down to the scanners."

The clock ticks by and... you end up missing your flight because they didn't call any group which you fit into.

God, I am sooo pissed...

Oh yeah, she offered to rebate my shipping charges.

I said thank you but that was meaningless to me; it was only $20 - two phones at $698 plus $42 sales tax, the extra $20 shipping doesn't matter much in the scheme of things. Frankly, I said, I would have been more than happy to pay twice as much (shipping charges) if it meant my phones would have shipped on time.

mine changed to the 19th as well. hopefully this actually means something!

My guess would be that it does (mean something). That's probably why, after seeing that mine hadn't changed and after putting me on hold for two minutes, the CS rep came back and said she would elevate my order to a specialist.

people who have not seen a change (still says the 13th), what time did you order and did you previously get a back order email? Most people who are seeing changes ordered < 8:40 PST and have yet to get anything other than the initial confirmation.

My order has not changed since last Tuesday. Ordered at 8:53. I have not called cs yet but I did email twice with no response. I sure hope something happens today....
