i stopped by t-mobile today.. to sort out some business with them. Saw Nexus 4 on the display// Darn thing was password protected! could do much but look at the lock screen. The screen looks significantly better than on Gnex's.. So far it looks and feels just newer and fresher.. other than that it's the same Galaxy Nexus. It's like a facelift..

I got an email today from the "Refund Specialist" stating that even though the phone did NOT ship in two days (I was one of the people in the Nov. 30th shipping limbo) it shipped with the 1-2 week estimate.

I find that response to be disingenuous as once the item ships, the estimated time of shipping is no longer relevant and the two day window for shipping goes into effect.

I called my Credit Card Company and the dispute specialist agreed with me and in fact was completely shocked by the answer Google. She immediately credited my account the shipping charge and opened an investigation.

She said either way, the credit she gave me for the shipping will stand regardless of Google answer, but she was going to try and ensure that Google got the message that 2-day shipping is the measure once the customer is notified that the item has shipped and shipping estimates are only valid prior to the item shipping.

I just canceled mine. Well, actually I had to tell my credit card not to accept the charges since Google won't cancel the transaction.

I had two 16GB on order, but they're not going to arrive in time for me to get them. I'll be leaving to go out of the country for an extended period right after Christmas, so unfortunately I won't be getting a Nexus. Bah. Oh well, the iPhone 5 is solid. Just wanted to try something new....
