Mine has a slight rattle when I shake it but the device works great. The camera is definitely the weakest part of the phone so far but still decent.

Everything works well for me as well.
Does it come from the top of your phone too?

Guys I'm sure you've read it already, but the rattle is surely due to the autofocus lense... it is also in my 7 year old Sony Ericsson W610I which has never in any way affected performance...

Hey,

guys who have the N4, I received mine yesterday but I hear a stronge noise when i shake it. I think it come from the camera.
does your camera have a mechanical/optical noise when you take a picture ?

I think I have a damaged device... :/

Please answer

I just shook mine and I hear a tiny noise like something is moving sort of. I never noticed it until you asked us to try. I have had no issues with performance though, everything is working well. Might be a connector cable or something inside that has a small amount of give. The camera could also be causing it as mentioned above. I would not worry about it.

Did anyone else pay with Visa Debit? My phone has been shipped and all but they charged me twice for it, one for the day i sent the order, and the other the day it shipped. I contacted google a few days ago and they said the authorization expired and the money would be refunded, but it seems the first time they charged me wasn't just an authorization they actually billed me for it, I still have not gotten refunded.

Did they give your money back?

Ok thank you guys for replying me.

It's strange that some N4's users have this tiny noise by the camera whereas other not. Hope it's not a manufacturing error due to the hurry of the high demand of the device, or like that...

What did you call them and say
Basically I just said I used my visa debit and was charged twice, then the lady told me she emailed one of the people who was in charge of payments and shipping, and that he would email me back. He emailed me back in a few hours saying that the first authorization had expired and that's why I was charged twice and I would be refunded in 7-10 days. However I have a feeling they don't know what their doing and just said that so someone else has to deal with my problem in the future. I saw some others who posted about the same problem so it most likely affects everyone who used a Visa Debit. In my opinion Google has to find a better way to accommodate people who use Debit cards as over 400$ has been missing from my account for almost 2 weeks.

I called them to and they said they'd tell a specialist to figure out and email me and they didn't so I just called the bank and they said there going to trace it and get it back

Ya, if I don't get my money back by next week I'm going to call Google again and my bank, I love the Nexus 4, but Google has really annoyed me with the way they handle this.
