I have mixed feelings about this - in one sense, it completely defeats one of the main reasons to get a N4 = google updates. On the other hand, it would unlock a whole portable PC world to the phone (with miniport monitor, bluetooth keyboard and mouse).

I'll probably just find a used Galaxy Nexus to experiment Nexbuntu with.
