Not able to check the NFC option

My first reaction to your problem is the system being unable to communicate with the NFC hardware itself, caused either by a bad ROM/kernel flash or by physical damage to your phone. Are you running a ROM/kernel, or has the phone been damaged in some way?

I bet your provider wished it was capable of switching that off.

I am not using any custom ROM. The phone is just week old and i am sure about no physical damage

I found a couple of similar cases where simply rebooting the phone resolved the problem. Have you tried that yet?

Turn phone on then hold the power button for several seconds until the popup menu appears. Select Power Off and then OK. After phone has powered off, hold power button for 5 seconds until haptic feedback then release. Phone will reboot.

The only thing I can think of:

Settings -> Apps. Swipe left until you are displaying "All" Scroll down to "Nfc Service" and tap. Tap Force Stop and Clear data.

Reboot the phone and test.
