bluetooth audio and aux. out. does it work properly for you?

Hey all. I've been trying to get audio for music to output to bluetooth and auxiliary cable to my car properly, but it seems to be having major issues. Audio does come out, but it isn't sounding right. I tried it the car with both bluetooth and auxiliary cable and the mixing is totally not right. From what i can tell audio that is sent equally to both channels, as if it was meant for the center, doesn't come through at all or is very feint. I tried doing this through my computers mic input and i seem to be getting the same result. anyone with a similar problem or know of a fix? i dont know if i'm describing it well enough. i'll try to post a vid to better explain if need be.
