Hello!
I'm trying to pair my Nexus 4 (android v4.2.2) with my iMac (Mac os X Lion v10.7.5).
At first I get the security code to pair the device and it seems to work fine, but after that de device show's "not connected" on mac bluetooth preferences.
I can't browse device Nexus 4 from mac (I believe this is a system limitation in Android).
I can't send any files from Nexus 4 to mac through bluetooth either!

Any one with the same problem?
Any thoughts?

Thanks

I have an iMac. It was such a hassle to connect my previous Android phone, the HTC EVO, to my iMac that I never bothered again. Instead, I use Dropbox to move files and the Google ecosystem to sync calendars and contacts. You might see if those accomplish what you need.

Well I use Google Drive also, but it's easy to simple send a file trough bluetooth.
I had no problems with previous phones (e.g. Nokia N900).
What a pain this bluetooth features...

That's how my Nexus7 and Nexus 4 show up on my MB also. When I go to send a from the MB to either Nexis, it connects and I get the prompt to accept it on the Nexus.
