    I've just started having this issue and I have no idea what is causing it. Any time I try to purchase an app it will load for a while after I enter my password and then give me an error. This problem is ubiquitous across all of my devices, even when I try to download an app from the computer. I already tried clearing the play store data and that didn't work. Any suggestions? Have any of you had this issue before?

    It's not my credit card on the account, so I will have to check on that later. And I have credit.... but only 48 cents. Haha
