A couple guys on reddit have claimed to have received the update, and they backed it up with screenshots. Hopefully we get it soon.

But if it showing this I should have the update then should I lol and does it matter if my cell is rooted.... And well that stop the OTA update from doing its job

If only they would have pulled the update package from their phone for us...

The thing that is kinda unfortunate is that while we all are eagerly anticipating getting that OTA notification, this update will literally be 99% identical to what we are currently running.
I am clicking 'check now' every 5 minutes, but it is gonna be really anti-climactic when we first boot up. lol

It seriously only took a couple minutes to download and install with ota link and adb. Super easy! [INFO] Nexus OTA Help-Desk - xda-developers
If I wasn't running a custom kernel and afraid that it wouldn't restore properly, I'd do this.

I did the factory image wipe on my Nexus 7 because I was going crazy with the lag/stutter/drain of 4.2.2 and figured burning it down would be a better course. Because Google changed the SDK, Wag's Nexus Root Toolkit doesn't work (his fixing it at the moment - v1.6.5 will be 4.3-compatible) and the steps for restoring and rooting in the N7 forum here are out-of-date which meant the SU load linked (v0.98) was woefully out of date (needed to hunt down 1.41 on someone's G+ page) and it took me 5 hours to get things working. Can't take down my phone like that.

Flashed the 4.3 OTA via ADB, rooted with the new SuperSu.zip, and everything is ready to go. Overall, this process took about ten minutes. Super easy!

If you update via ADB, does the radio baseband get updated too? Or do you have to update it manually?

While it was doing its thing in recovery, I believe I saw it writing the new radio. This method is the same as installing the update as an OTA.

If you take a look in the factory image download for the Nexus 4, there in a new radio file inside. .84 is the new radio now. This radio obviously doesn't have LTE on it and apparently flashing to an old radio as others have done to get LTE, causes the no audio problem to come back (expected)...however, the fix for this issue no longer works in 4.3.

I'll keep LTE with 4.2.2

Unless theres huge improvements somewhere ill prob just keep 4.2.2 as well! Unless they fix their colour issue with stock 4.3..
