high end game play not smooth

Hi everyone, I bought my N4 2 weeks back and had been checking it out since then.

One thing that made me worry is the game play experience of 2 games out of 3 games that I had tried. These are
1. Extreme road trip 2
2. Real racing 3

First one is I believe not so heavy or CPU/GPU demanding but still I notice a lot of freez for may be like for fraction of a second which is unpleasantly noticeable.

And second one, which is a high end fully featured car racing game also very unpleasant to play specially while driving through corners. Frames drop is annoyingly high and makes game play very unpleasant.

Can anybody suggest what may be wrong.

Not sure about the first game but I play Real Racing 3 all the time with zero lag. Maybe there are too many apps running at the same time such as an antivirus, power saver, battery monitoring etc.

I close all other apps before running RR3. And how can I do battery saver setting change ?

Will an 4.3 update will take care of this issue, or should I restore then device and start from scratch?

I had a smooth gameplay on Real Racing 3 before updating to 4.3... now i have lots of fps drops and stuttering.
Imo this game now needs a patch for fixing performance issues.
