woke up to this...missing folder

Missing all my camera photo for some reason....

The camera shots were just missing the whole folder gone ?
I wasnt messing with my phone or backing up im not into rooting just a norm
user with this problem, read a few posts on it but nothing that helps.

Any advice would be great.

Try clearing the cache and data in your gallery app, then turning your phone off... Completely power off, and back on. May take a few minutes to load gallery again

is that just in storage --cached data-clear all...........

sorry to be such a novice...lol....one has to ask.

DL clean master and wiped the cache from camera app them restarted my phone...nothing...anyone else wanna help I will check later...ta

Go to settings--apps and swipe across until it says All on top. Scroll to Gallery (not camera) and clear data and cache in there.
Alternately, download a file explorer like ES file explorer, free on the play store. Then look in your camera file under DCIM and see if your pics are still there.
