So I'm running a Nexus 4 with Android 4.2.2 CM 10.1.2. Today, I was in an area that doesnt have wifi and my mobile data was on and I suddenly got a notification that said that my mobile data was disabled because it reached the limit (I set a limit for my data). I went and checked to see what it was that suddenly used so much of my data. It was Google Services using ~40 MB of data all in the background. I was lucky that I had a limit set so that I wouldnt go over my data plan. I then looked at my WiFi usage and Google Services used ~2.0 GB! I looked at other forums and people suggested that it was downloading 4.3 over and over again. I'm not sure but here's the links to the other forums.

How do I stop it from using so much data?
