Nexus 4 BOOTLOOP

Hi, i accidently uninstalled my OS through TWRP. I have tried installing a factory image through my computer and my computer doesnt recognize my device. I have also tried installing the drivers fior my device but that doesnt seem to have worked. I fear i may have messed up my device for good. Any help would be greatly:( appreciated!!

The only way you can uninstall your OS using TWRP is by wiping /system.
