I've had this issue for about a week. When I hook up my Nexus 4 via USB to my PC, it shows as connected as a media device on the phone. I also get the Windows autoplay popup, but it's cut-off, not showing any options. I added an image to explain. I also can't see the phone in Computer so I can't access it.

Not sure if it's related, but it seems that a slew of updates lately by Microsoft has screwed up access to some phones. Ambassador B. Diddy posted this, it might help: http://forums.androidcentral.com/goo...ng-device.html
That does seem to be the issue. The problem is that if I uninstall it, it still reinstalls the phone as an Acer device again.
Maybe you can shoot B. Diddy a private message? He's more knowledgeable on this issue than I am, honestly. Hopefully he can be of more help.
