I'm a bit disappointed that there's no OTA file this week: I'm going on a two-week trip starting Sunday, so I have to decide between a system wipe or waiting for the OTA to arrive on its own. -.-

I flashed using the factory image as soon as it came out. My N4 is my secondary line so I didn't care about wiping. It is running like butter.

Wow, I'm impressed. My Nexus 4 feels brand new. The layout, color, animations, drop down menus, notification......it's all pretty darn slick. Wallpapers are kind of ugly, lol.

It is a bit better, but not sure by how much. The biggest changes are in the design and ART which helps with smoothness.
