Lollipop on my Nexus 4 SUCKS

I have a totally stock phone
I have nothing but aggravation since the OTA update.

1 I have to manually connect to each different wifi router
2 the phone randomly turns off

How can I go back to kit kat?

Does this Nuke any of the saved settings?

I guess specifically things like saved wifi connections, saved bluetooth pairings, and saved login username and password for apps?

When would you wipe partition? Before running Lollipop upgrade or after? Or both?

Wiping the cache partition didn't affect my Bluetooth pairings and Wi-Fi connections.
