I have a Sennheiser headphone which does not work properly on my Nexus 4. The audio output looks corrupted. But my phone works correctly with other headphones . So it doesn't seem like an issue with the audio jack. Also my headphone works properly on other devices. I started seeing the problem in Android 4.4. Even after update to Android 5.0, I see the same problem.
I had similar problem with this headphone while using on my Windows laptop. That got resolved by right clicking on Sound Icon in taskbar, going to PlaybackDevices->Sepakers->Properties->Levels->Balance and changing either Left or Right balance.
Is there anything similar I can try on my Nexus 4?
