Google Play services has stopped

Google Play services have stopped. My Nexus 4 running 5.0.1, just started this morning. Any ideas? Getting these two screen notifications constantly. Tried to power cycle but didn't help. Help!

Have you tried Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Google Play Services (why it's written with a small s in your screenshot message I don't know), and select Clear Cache?

Thanks, it didn't work for me. Able to transfer my videos and pictures to Dropbox and bite the bullet wiped my Nexus 4
