Nexus 5:
137.84 x 69.17 x 8.59 mm
130g

Nexus 4:
133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm
139g

Galaxy S4:
136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9 mm
130g

Yeah basically the phone is huge. What a shame. Disappointed that Google didn't force some of Moto X's design cues on LG. Seriously how are you supposed to use such big phones in one hand or does that use case not matter anymore to Android OEMs?

I typed this on a Note 3 with one hand while eating a sandwich (it's lunch time for me). I don't think typing is going to be a problem one handed. But I shouldn't talk I'm on Verizon. I'll probably never know how it feels to type one handed on the Nexus 5.

What a relief! I was afraid that we would stay swinging back to tiny phones again. Bigger the Better!!

Was thinking about trying the n5 until I saw this. Everyone kept saying it was going to be a smaller form factor than the n4 but still feature a 5 inch screen. Once I saw the leaks, and saw that large bottom bezel I knew it had to be larger than predicted. Now that I'm used to the perfect sized one hand device in the Moto X, I have no interest in going back to huge phones.

Well I am excited, I haven't seen any other smartphones being hyped up. I should be able to ride the note/nexus wave for a long time.

so it's 4mm taller then the Nexus 4 and it's being called a huge phone

Of course it's subjective depending on preference and hand size etc but yes a phone larger than the s4 is considered a huge phone.

Well I'll have my small, compact Moto X and my beastly Nexus 5. Just fine with me.

Coming from the Galaxy Nexus CDMA, it's honestly just a tad bigger. Plus it's lighter and has a larger screen. In for one!

Using the S4 as the reference size for the Nexus 5, here's how the sizes compare to the Nexus 4 (remember to calibrate your screen to compare real life sizes):

I could go the size of the N5 even though I like the S4 size. The moto x is great also but I lime the 5 inch screen.
