not able to "Clear cache" for some apps

I am not able to clear cache for some apps even if I stop those apps or disable them.

in particular I am not able to clear cache for "Exchange Services" and "Sun Beam" apps even though I don't use those apps and I have disabled them. Each of them uses 12K of cache.

Is anybody else seeing this issue and does anybody know how to resolve it?

You can't clear all the cache in some apps. They will store minimal info about themselves regardless.
