Nexus 5 Lock Screen issue.

Hey Guys..I was running Paranoid Android on my device and one day after pressing the power button to off the screen and waking up I saw a fuzzy screen having all colours. I thought that might be a bug in PA and moved to Elix-R ROM..I found the same issue..on that too..I could restart it normally by long pressing power button..and it boots normally..I thought of going back to stock..I flashed developer's preview..of Android L but still the problem persists..somehow I can boot into bootlader..

Yeah! i can't give it to LG service centre..as i've tampered flag. i can't set tampered flag false without a screen..
