No. The worst that can happen is that the charger can't supply as much current as the phone is trying to draw, so it will take longer to charge (it won't hurt the charger either). Cellphone chargers are pretty much commodities these days - any one will work for any cellphone or tablet (except iPhones and iPads, probably, because they use a different connector).
If the charger can supply more current than the phone is trying to draw, that's fine - the phone will only draw as much as it's designed to.
