How can I fix a Nexus 5 device issue?

Nexus 5 device issue

My Nexus 5 device after 5.1.1 installation worked fine for 2 weeks, unfortunately yesterday the system got hanged and i could do nothing, touch function will work for 30 sec and then nothing will work. i couldn't carry out even factory rest, i tried entering the safe mode even it didn't work

Finally my device is not under warranty period

Please give your valuable suggestion and get me out of this trouble!!

Welcome to Android Central! Were you actually able to get into Safe Mode?

Try booting into Recovery and wipe the cache partition. Be aware that this process can take 5-10 minutes on a Nexus 5. http://forums.androidcentral.com/nexus-5-rooting-roms-hacks/352008-guide-nexus-5-recovery.html
