Why can't I make calls?

my app froze on screen I cant hit the x on it and I can not enter pass word cause of it do I need to get some one to take the battery off and re insert it I tried 5 times in correct pass word it still wont reset thanks it just searches number I called and wont go off my screen. I can receive calls thanks

What app is frozen? If your phone is unresponsive, you can force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 10-20 seconds.

My call warrior it blocks numbers and messages I called 611 it showed up as client care it has a x on it to close it would not close. it froze. I rebooted phone was phone then froze again reset and took the darn app off and rebooted it. I was told to down load the cleaner I did but did not take a lot off and I did not like it so removed it.

Does the phone work fine after uninstalling Call Warrior? What "cleaner" app are you referring to? I would stay away from most kinds of apps that call themselves "cleaners."

Yes all fine now I installed clean master. then ran it and un installed it.
