Why do i get an error while installing the upgrade to android 6.0.1 marshmallow on my Nexus 5?

i All,

So I got the automatic message for available system upgrade for android 6.0.1.
I have downloaded it, the phone reboot for instalation, started the instalation and half a minute after, i got the "error" message with the android icon laying down on the floor...

I have the Android Lollipop 5.1.1.

What is the problem?
Could it be one of the apps instaled?
What can you advise me to do next?

I should mention that this upgrade attempt was made after several failed attempts were already made previusely,
but this time it was made after a factory reset, which i hoped that will give it a go....
