Unresponsive Screen

My screen suddenly stopped being responsive to any touch. The phone still works, I get notifications and can use voice commands, but I can't touch it. I have done a factory reset with no results. Motorola is replacing it for free (although it will take a week) but it concerns me a little. Anyone else having this issue?

How long did you have it before it started doing this?

How long did you have it before it started doing this?

I got it on Tuesday the 18th and it happened on Sunday the 23rd.

I bought it directly from Motorola and activated it on Verizon.
